Feedback and Service Experience
Feedback helps ProActive Therapy improve communication, assessment and rehabilitation.
How feedback is used
Feedback may be used to improve the service, support professional reflection and understand what was helpful or could be better. Publishing a testimonial is separate from giving service feedback.
Testimonials are published only where clear permission, wording and level of identification have been agreed. Unnecessary health details are not included, and feedback is never required in order to receive a service.
You may comment on:
- The clarity and timeliness of communication
- Whether the assessment felt relevant and respectful
- How practical the recommendations were
- Collaboration with family members or professionals
- What could be improved
Verified feedback
Current, service-relevant testimonials will be added only after permission and wording have been confirmed.
This avoids presenting historic feedback about treatments that are no longer part of ProActive Therapy’s current occupational therapy service.
Your experience matters
You can give positive, neutral or critical feedback. Complaints are handled through the published complaints process.
