Accessibility Statement

ProActive Therapy wants as many people as possible to be able to use this website and understand the information provided.

Using this website

The site is designed to support clear reading and navigation across different devices and assistive technologies. The aim is for users to be able to:

  • zoom and resize text without losing essential content;
  • navigate the main content using a keyboard;
  • understand the page structure through logical headings and link text;
  • identify form labels, instructions and errors without relying on colour alone;
  • use meaningful text alternatives for informative images; and
  • request information in a reasonable alternative format.

Accessibility standard

ProActive Therapy uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference when improving the website. The site has not yet undergone a full independent accessibility audit, so ProActive Therapy does not claim full compliance.

Third-party content, embedded services and some downloadable documents may not provide the same level of accessibility as the main site. If you cannot access something, please contact ProActive Therapy and a reasonable alternative will be considered.

Feedback and alternative formats

If you have difficulty using the website or need information in another format, email connor@theproactivetherapy.co.uk or call +44 7405 505597.

Please identify the page or document, explain what went wrong and say what format or communication adjustment would work best. ProActive Therapy will consider the request and respond as soon as reasonably practicable.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is reviewed as the website, documents and services develop. This statement will be updated after material site changes or an accessibility review.
